I am very surprised that you can really get a customized product, recommendations and you make the order is that when you do it, copy your shipping and order number and contact the supplier of the necklace to give you the customization details, In case you don't really will not get a customized product, I at the time of placing the order contact the supplier, I sent my data and I got a perfect and personalized product with the data that I wanted, the truth is that the quality is incredible. I love the necklace fits my six-year-old Beagle. I gave my dog's neck before placing the order to make sure it was the exact size.
Correct delivery, neatly finished. The only thing that is missing is a ring to attach the leash, so that is uncomfortable. Is also not shown in the photo so in itself not really wrong but would still be practical if this had been there
